User data deletion

Last updated October 26, 2026

You can delete the Facebook and Instagram data Zetifa holds for your clinic at any time. That data is the Page name, the linked Instagram username and an encrypted access token.

Option 1 — in Zetifa

  • Sign in as a Clinic Owner or Office Manager.
  • Open Connections and choose Disconnect next to Facebook Page or Instagram Business.
  • Zetifa removes the stored Meta tokens and clears Page/account details. It attempts to revoke Meta access; remove the app in Facebook as well if access remains.

Option 2 — in Facebook

  • Go to Facebook Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations.
  • Select Zetifa and choose Remove.
  • Automatic removal in Zetifa depends on Meta's signed callback being configured and delivered. If your connection still appears, disconnect in Zetifa or contact support.

Google and other connected services

Remove Zetifa or the connection's authorizing app in your provider account's third-party access settings to revoke access. For the shared Gmail/Google Calendar connection, contact support to arrange removal from Zetifa. Google Business Profile and Outlook access depends on setup; do not assume they are connected.

Request data export or deletion

Email support@zetifa.com from your clinic Owner's account email with the clinic name and whether you want provider data removed, a data export or workspace deletion. Do not send passwords, access tokens or patient information. We verify authority before acting and confirm the outcome. Disconnecting a provider does not delete existing saved content or approval history; any retention obligations will be explained when the request is reviewed.

Privacy and legal questions go to privacy@zetifa.com. This service is operated by Zetifa Technologies Inc..
